Bot Raid — Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the mobile game Bot Raid (the "Game") collects, why, and who it is shared with. The Game is published by AMT Games Limited, Rm 1404 Tung Wai Commercial Building, 109–111 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong ("we", "us").
1. Summary
- The Game has no accounts. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
- The Game collects device identifiers and gameplay data to run analytics, measure our advertising and show ads.
- This data is processed by the service providers listed in section 4.
- The Game is not directed to children under 13.
2. Information we collect
| Category | What it is |
|---|---|
| Device identifiers | Android advertising ID, app instance ID generated by our analytics tools, install referrer. |
| Device and app information | Device model, operating system and version, app version, language, screen size, network type. Your IP address is used by our providers to derive an approximate country or region. |
| Gameplay and usage | Game events such as starting and finishing a raid, upgrades bought, time spent in the Game and in each session, and when the Game is opened or closed. |
| Advertising data | Which ads were requested, shown or clicked, and the revenue reported for an ad. |
Game progress is saved on your device. It is not linked to your identity.
3. How we use it
- To run and improve the Game: understand how players progress, where they stop playing and how the Game performs.
- To measure advertising: learn which ad campaign an install came from (attribution) and how those players engage.
- To show ads: the Game shows ads, which may be personalised by the ad networks based on your advertising ID.
4. Who we share it with
We use the following service providers. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:
| Provider | Purpose | Policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google Firebase / Google Analytics for Firebase | Analytics | firebase.google.com/support/privacy |
| ByteBrew | Analytics and install attribution | bytebrew.io/privacy |
| AppLovin (MAX) and the ad networks it works with | Advertising | applovin.com/privacy |
| Unity Ads | Measuring the ad campaigns that promote the Game | unity.com/legal |
We do not sell your information for money. Under some US state laws, sharing identifiers with advertising partners for targeted advertising can count as a "sale" or "sharing"; see section 6 for how to opt out.
5. How long we keep it
Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months and then deleted or aggregated. Our providers keep data as described in their policies.
6. Your choices and rights
- Personalised ads: in your device settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads, or Google > Ads) you can delete or reset your advertising ID. Ads will then no longer be personalised with it.
- Stop all collection: uninstall the Game.
- Access or deletion: you can ask us what data we hold that is linked to your device and ask us to delete it by writing to the email below. Include the Game's name. Because the Game has no accounts, we may need your device's advertising ID to find your data.
- Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and request access, correction or deletion. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
7. Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has used the Game, contact us and we will delete the related data.
8. Security and transfers
Data is sent over encrypted connections. Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
